Tours are 2 hours long, which includes an introduction
to the kennel and the sport, and a hands-on lesson on
how to hitch and harness a dog team. The ride itself
lasts up to an one hour and covers 7-10 miles. Tours
are scheduled at 9 am, 12:30 pm, and 3 pm, except between
Christmas and New Year's and during February vacation
when they are scheduled at 8 am, 10 am, 12pm, 2 pm and
4 pm. Evening starlight tours are available by appointment.

Eden Mountain Lodge is located in an incredible snow-belt
25-miles north of Stowe and equidistant to Mansfield,
Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak. The lodge is set on seventy-five
acres surrounded by Nature Conservancy land. This means
your experience will bring you through a diverse and
abundant wildlife habitat. The twelve-mile trail system
is private and maintained purely for the sport of dogsledding.
